Saturday, March 27th

They finished the wall, and dug the final three holes for the under pinning.

The basement windows need to be enlarged. There was a discrepancy between the drawings and the specs for the windows. We spoke to Jose Diaz and he agreed to enlarge the windows to 4x4 feet.

This way the studio will feel more like a regular room and not a basement.

Friday, March 25th

The workers came but not the delivery of bricks necessary to finish the walls. They smoothed out the outer walls.

We started excavation.

Jose Diaz's group wasted no time and dug a 22x29 area 5 feet deep in one day.
