Three workers came to dig the french drain and the sum-pump.
The stairs drain will also be connected to the sum-pump.
Talked to Jose Diaz, our contractor, about adding 1" of floor insulation to the floor since I'll be spending a lot of time in that room.
This will cost an extra $400.
