-Today the added plastic and wire to the basement floor, the finishing touches before the pour the concrete floor.
-Tomorrow the inspector comes and if everything is approved, they will pour the concrete.
-It is supposed to rain tonight. I am worried about the possible effects of the rain on the basement floor.
